Default Having problems sleeping, any suggestions?

The past 6 months or so, I have had some problems sleeping. It usually occurs after a session of cards and it takes me a while before I can fall asleep even though I am tired.

On top of that, my sleep cycles really suck, very rarely am I able to get a solid 8 to 10 hours of sleep. Usually I will sleep for like 4 to 5 hours and then take a nap later on in the day.

I want to tackle this problem "au naturale" if possible, without any sort of pills.

I think if I was having more sex, after busting a nut, I could do the obligatory roll over like a log and sleep, but that hasn't been the case enough so I must find other means.

I do tend to feel drowsy after having a meal, but I would prefer not to eat right before going to bed.

I was thinking of drinking a few glasses of wine but that might upset my stomach, I have a mild case of acid reflux.

Any suggestions?
