I agree it's important to have a non-poker routine that may or may not involve nachos+spanking it...

that said, am i to believe that most of you regularly do not go over hands, except those that stick out from memory? If you were a pro football/baseball/basketball player, do you really think you wouldn't be giving up much by not watching film? I know that in chess, the best way to improve is to thoroughly analyze your own games.

I know, it's poker, but still...
