Theoretically, if the site gave return/losing players a healthy run of cards for 500 or so hands the sample size would be too insignificant in order to conclude that there was anything suspicious at work. Even if on the surface the card distribution for these players appeared abnormal, you would have a difficult time proving anything conclusive.

A little too grassy knollish for me but I imagine it would be possible.
