Thanks all for the advice on the hands I posted the other day. Heres a situation that I sometimes find myself in where Im not sure if the correct play is to stay pat or break.
In this hand, do I keep my rough 9 with my opponent drawing 2, or do I break and try to make an 8-6? Euri10's TD converter Hand number: 9173777-1748 Level: $.25/$.50 Players: Button($23) seat 0 SB($35) seat 1 BB($24) seat 2 UTG($25) seat 3 MP($3) seat 4 Hero($38) seat 5 Button at seat 0 SB posts. BB posts. Hand: 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Round 1(0.75BB) UTG calls. MP calls. Hero raises. Button folds. SB folds. BB folds. UTG calls. MP calls. UTG takes 2. MP takes 2. Hero takes 1. Hand: 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Round 2(3.75BB) UTG checks. MP checks. Hero bets. UTG folds. MP calls. MP takes 2. Hero ???. If I were out of position this is an easy break isnt it? I would expect villain to only be drawing 1 if I bet out and he called, and thus I should drop the 9? |
