Default What move to make?

I cannot quit running this hand over in my head. Does the hero have the right pot odds to call on the river and turn? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Will post the result after I get some unbiased feedback. I am always put in similiar situations and it would be extrememly helpful to know if I am good to call, raise or fold and what I should consider before doing any of these.
