Default Heads up, how to play turn 5-5

I was waiting for a short-handed 5-5 table to fill. UNKNOWN sat down and we decided to play heads up instead of wait.

I (hero) sat with 220

Villain sat with 220

Villain wins button.
He calls $5 BB

Hero: dealt Ad 10d and raises to $15

Villain: Calls $15 total

FLOP: 6h 3s 10c

Hero: bets $15

Villain: Raises to $35

Hero: Calls

TURN: 7s

POT = $100

Heads up is obviously a volitile game. So, my question is, how strong do you play this hand on turn? Fire away, check call, check raise, or check fold. What's the most appropriate play against average Joe 5-5 leading into the turn??????
