Marriott\'s Grand Chateau - In Vegas

Has anyone ever stayed in Marriott's Grand Chateau? It's one of their vacation club resorts. It's supposedly under construction and I have an opportunity to stay there at a discounted rate. Just wondering how nice this place is and if the construction causes any problems?
