Pokerstars- Remember Password Feature

Every 2 days or so my computer will no longer have my password saved when I try to log into Pokerstars. I have talked to their support about it, and the only thing they could come up with was that I have a corrupt "user.ini" file. After deleting it and updating stars, the problem still is not fixed. That was the only suggestion Stars support could come up with, so I'm hoping someone here might know another reason why my computer seems to keep forgetting the password. Stars is the only poker program I have this problem with
