Default StrFlush Draw vs Bully gone bad

I was in the 1 2 no-limit game tonight at the Golden Nugget in downtown Vegas and thought this hand was interesting. I'm fairly new to no-limit, and would appreciate some feedback on this, because I wasn't sure how to play it.

Full table of 10 people. UTG Limps. He was a tight player who knows how to play pretty well. 300 stack

Guy just to his left limps. He seemed to be avg player, not especially passive or aggresive. 200 stack

Everyone folds to SB who raises to 10. He was Bully and has been frequently raising preflop to 10 or 20. He has about 600.

I have QsJs in BB and call. I have 450$

UTG calls. Next guy calls.

Flop comes Ts 9s 7d. I like it, have straight flush draw with 2 overcards. Bully checks. I decide to try and build the pot a little and bet 15$ at it, small bet considering it was a $40 pot. I think this was a mistake because the bully smelled weakness--see below.

UTG calls, other guy calls, and then bully raises to $105. Now what do I do? I thought I had a positive EV situation, but I didnt want to bust out there. Game was good and I wanted to keep playing and wait for better opportunities. I guess this is what he was counting on. He probably knew I had a big draw when I bet 15 at it. Anyway, I folded. I'm thinking I either should have checked behind him on the flop, or made a pot size bet. Comments?
