Apologies in advance for a rant but
is anybody getting sick and tired of Party's [censored] service and lack of customer support.
Maybe it's just me, but over the last few days my experience has included tables losing connection (not a disconnect on my part but a failure on their end) on several occasions - each of which involving what i think was the winning hand on my part not being paid off. Could be wrong of course - but emailing to the "VIP" email address has gotten ZERO response. Don't know what gives, but just curious if others have had similar experiences. Again - apologies for the rant, but Party's non-response is annoying - just wondering what others think. |
