Default Adjusting for 5/10 6 max....

As much as I love 5/10 6 max, I'd like to get some more 'risk free' hands in to sharpen my game. I have about 25k hands (mostly 3/6 6max) but don't really feel as if I was adaquetly prepared for the sheer agression of 5/10 6 max. I often feel lost during certain hands in Shorthanded, a feeling I haven't had since breaking into full. I'm a moderetly winning player right now, but would like to feel more confident in my play and know exactly what i'm doing and why like I do in full. Are there any good software programs (such as poker academy) that simulate an agressive SH'd game? Or any tough 'low limit' SH games (such as 1/2 or 2/4) that would compare to the agression levels of party 5/10?
