Default EP PF play at weak-tight tables

I was playing some NLHE $25 on the x-skins. It was a pretty tight table, and I'd played about an orbit. I don't think the table had seen a turn yet.

Specifically I'd won about 3-4 hands so far without showing them.

A guy posts in the cutoff. He's bought in for a whole stack, and he's currently playing 3 other tables. I'm in UTG+1 with two cards. UTG folds.

There has been some limp-folding happening preflop.

Questions:

What cards do you raise with at this tight-weak table in this position without a poster?

What cards do you now raise with considering that there's a poster, who is probably also weak-tight?
