i wouldnt slow down by either player by the flop. micro limits raising each other on the flop id say youre good way more times than not w/ AA/KK in this situaion.

by the turn id stop a raising war if i had either AA or KK thinking the other might have improved but i dont see any good reason to slow down before then.
