Bet365 lobby locked Up

I signed up with Bet365 a week ago and deposited $200. I played about 100 hands and then logged out for the night, but when I tried to log back in the next day I software keeps saying that the lobby is unavailable. I called them and they say that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. It has been a week now and I am starting to wonder how I going to get my money back if I can't log in?
