KK $50 NL 6-Max Hand

Have been at the table for a couple orbits and taken down a couple of small pots but haven't gotten out of line. Villain seems pretty TAG but I haven't tangled with him in any pots. Here are my thoughts on the hand- let me know how you guys would have played the hand.

Preflop and flop seem pretty standard to me. All the pots I've played before I've fastplayed any hands and not show down the hands. Maybe villain thinks my flop and turn bets are continuation bets? The turn really threw me for a loop- villain didn't seem to get out of line prior to this hand but is it possible he has AJ or KJ instead of two pair? The big turn check-raise seemed like he wanted me to think he was full of it and call. I guess my question is at $50 NL is it positive EV to be getting all my money in the pot in these situations since people like to go broke with top pair or is a call/push here just spewing chips?
