Default Playing premium hands in loose passive games

I read in HPFAP that in loose passive games where poor players see the flop no matter what, it is better not to raise preflop with hands like AA or KK because by doing so we make the pot larger and thus make it correct for players to call bets on the flop with 4 out or 5 out hands.

it also says that it is correct not to bet on the flop because people will call anyway and you make it correct for them to call on the turn with the same 4 out or 5 out hands.

i find that whenever i hold AA in a 5 way loose pot and raise, i always get beaten either on the turn or the river. so is it then better to wait till the turn to see if my advantage is still present?

i find that these hands are the biggest leaks for me, hands like AA, KK, QQ, JJ that are so difficult to get away from and that always get beaten on the river, i am thinking i should fold these preflop for the time being.
