Default Need Converter Help

Newbie here, would like to be able to use these forums but cannot figure out how to use the converter properly.

Here's a hand below which I played on UltimateBet. I copied the hand from the Hand History there, then pasted it into bisonbison's hand converter, using the following settings - Format 2+2 Forums, Highlight all bets, condense first round, identify self as Hero, and checked off converter link. Also chose one opponent to identify as Villain. I hit Convert Hand, then copy/pasted from the output box into this post.

As you can see below, it didn't come out all that well - none of the betting is shown, my cards are not shown, and I don't know what that #A500AF business is. Any help?

This hand is being shown here strictly for help in figuring out how to properly use the converter. Nothing noteworthy about this hand, other than me getting quad 10s.

Thanks in advance.
