Default Flopped straight, turn brings 4th diamond

Playing in a juicy live 10-20 game. We've had a full table most of the day but are now 4 handed. SB is TAG, not afraid to raise the hell out of beatable hands at a full table. I've been hyper-aggressive, running over the table since we went short-handed.

I've been chopping with SB all day, but we decided not to chop once we got 5 handed. This is the first time it's folded to villan's SB since we decided to stop chopping. Since we are heads up the entire hand, their is no cap on raises.

Live 10/20 Hold'em (10 max, 4 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
2 folds, SB Raises, Hero calls

Flop: (4 SB) A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB raises, Hero raises, SB raises, Hero calls

Turn: (7 BB) 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls

River: (9 BB) 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls

Final Pot: 11 BB

Is my line ok? Did I raise too much, not enough on the flop? OK to call down after the 4th diamond on the turn?
