Can I watch NBA games on my computer?

I know that there's MLBTV where you can subscribe and watch a bunch of MLB games. Was wondering if, since the season's starting up tomorrow, there's a similar service for NBA games so that I can watch them on my computer. The other option is to be a normal person and buy a TV and order cable, but I have no interest in anything other than ESPN and the NBA games. Football I can go to a friend's house. Any ideas/advice?
