Default 5/10 Nuts vs 2+2\'r

Perhaps this hand is standard and boring but he said I played it horribly. I just don't see any other reasonable way to play it so I'd like to know where the 'horrible' part is.

BB is a 2+2'r, a good player who I haven't seen get out of line but when he comes out firing it's often exactly a pot sized bet. I, on the other hand, have gotten out of line on a couple of occasions on both tables that we are at. Effective stacks ~$1300. Posting from memory...

BB: 2+2r
CO: Hero dealt AJo

Hero raises to $40, BB calls.

FLOP ($85): K Q 10r

BB bets $85, I call.

TURN ($255) 9 rainbow complete

BB bets $255, I raise to $600

I don't see anything wrong here. Help me out because I don't see anything I should do differently except maybe raise the flop.
