Default AQ hand, big laydowns, see a flop or tarzan?

Seat 7 is the button
Seat 2: Villain 1 ( $9910 )
Seat 3: Villain 2 ( $15529 )
Seat 5: Hero ( $12652 )
10 handed
Blinds (400/800)
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to Hero [ Qs Ad ]
2 folds.
Villain 1 calls [800].
Villain 2 raises [2200].
1 fold.
Hero..?

Average stack is about 10k, the rest of the table has a few shorties and one big stack of about 20k to act after us, the bubble JUST burst last hand and it was a typical party tighty bubble.

This is a $20 buyin tourney.

Villain 2 seems like a solid, tricky player. No reads on Villain 1. What are their hand ranges and what is the proper play here?
