FirePay problems, Prima support being unresponsive?
Alright, I've decided to switch from Prima to Stars, so I opted to transfer through to FirePay rather than to my bank account.
However, I made 2 withdrawals from Prima (Royal Vegas to be specific) to my FirePay account, then stupidly decided to change my FirePay e-mail address before the withdrawals made it through. I e-mailed both FirePay and Royal Vegas, and got this response from Royal Vegas: [ QUOTE ] Hi xxxx Thank you for your email. This is a very tricky process. I have escalated a request to my E-cash Department to update your Email address on your PMOP profile, but as the withdrawal was already requested and the details are now differetn , there is still a good chance that the CASHIN might be rejected. We are going to have see if Firepay Rejects this or not before we can say for sure. We will however advise you if there is going to be rejection this time round. I've e-mailed Royal Vegas twice since then and gotten no response, same with FirePay. What should I do? It's about $1600 floating around God knows where (it's not in my Royal Vegas account, and nothing has been credited to my FirePay account either ....), and I'm starting to get worried. Thanks. |
