I need help buying a bottle of booze for this weekend

I'm looking for something a little wild to drink this weekend (haloween is big at my school). Three requesites:

- it must be tasty
- it must get me hammered
- it must cost less than $30 for a litre

thanks guys, I know this has been done before but I'm in a hurry and don't have time to search.
