hand history and support at Party and Empire, any difference?

Hello,
I play 120+ hours a month at PartyPoker LL and keep my stats archive with PokerTracker. Last month Party started to often ignore/lose HH mails requests or send them with great delays. (Tech support answered that "there is a huge number of mails going out of Mail Server every minute, so we have prioritized the Mail Queue for a quicker delivery to resolve this problem.") I don't like to be that low prioritized so often. Yes, support several times manually sended me specific sessions transcripts in doc-files under my request but now they tend to ignore such requests. I feel it like a kick to my back. It's also so boring to track which sessions records were lost. Because of this I am looking for something with better HH service with same games around.
Here is my question: is there same or another engine for hand history request at Empire, Intertops, Multipoker, Eurobet etc.? Has anybody experienced anything like this there?
What is your overall experience about another skins customer support staff in compare with overall level of Party's supporters? (I found Lucy Jones work very helpful but she alone can't work instead of everyone else.)
