Default Re: 3 bad beats or play?

[ QUOTE ]
Though it is probably not far from optimal strategy, personally I don’t like to put first place on coin flips, even when I am a clear favorite without a pair preflop (including AK).

[/ QUOTE ]

A-10 is a very BIG hand HU. If you are not willing to push A-10 HU against a raise, you have to rethink your game plan.

[ QUOTE ]
My usual approach is pushing AA, KK preflop, at least a strong pair on flop; being QUITE sure it is very hard for upcoming cards to suck out on me.

[/ QUOTE ]

Your pushing range is WAY too small. If you play hands that only hit big pairs on the flop, most of your chips are going to get stolen away from you by any decent player. And honestly, how are you ever going to be QUITE sure that you will not get sucked out on?

It seems like you are playing too tight HU and can't seem to admit it
