I think there are some situations where you can get +EV online blackjack games, outside bonuses. I know some Boss media skins use to have a one deck +EV blackjack not sure if they still do. Also I believe some sites have multi player blackjack where the deck is not shuffled after every hand, allowing some card counting. If my memory serves me correctly Playtech used to have a version of Blackjack (Switch I think) that when combined with the player cash back was +EV.

I have not done much casino whoring recently so might be out of date.
