Here's my approach.

First, just go to an NL-100 table, wait and shove and double it. Cash that out- boom, now we're really playing for free.

Then do what ever you want to do that's retarded. If you feel like it, cash out some more and start over again. You'll never be able to cash out the original 100, but if you keep just turning it into more, you can do some Groundhogs Day type gambling stuff.
