Default Preflop Question

I don't think reads matter much here, but UTG is an overaggro player who can bluff, CO is unknown, Button is a TAG and SB is an awesome reason to be sitting in my seat and has 75 vpip. My question is this: this is a clear call facing one bet and having all these callers but does that change when I have to call 2 more but it's guaranteed that everyone is still coming along?

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $10.
