playing 5 10 with a 3/5 structure...how to adjust.

sb u post $3, BB is $5. what kind of adjustments from the typical $2sb/$5bb do u make?

Things I can think of off the top:
1. stealing from BTN/CO,
2. completing after limpers,
3. cold calling
4. Defending.

Even if u dont get specfic any help would be cool, I have yet to play the 15/30 but I have a decent grasp of what kind of play u have to adjust for in that structure (well, I think I do anyway)

EDIT: I understand play in the sb is situational. But I guess words of wisdom from the wise would help.
