After informing AP of the bonus point problems from earlier today, they sent me this reply:

"Dear KIDDJ

Thank you for your email.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our Pending Points system. During today?s live update, some of the tables that were being improved did not collect the corresponding points for hands with a rake of $0.25 or more. Fortunately, our Technical Department has corrected this minor inconvenience and you should not experience any further problems.

Due to this reason, we have released the amount of $10.00 from your pending account into your available balance based on the hands played during this period. Also, please note that the amount of current points has been left as it is. Thank you very much for your understanding in this matter.

If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know."


I had only played about 200 hands today, so this resolution was more than fair.

It's not my favorite site, (because I prefer not playing with so many multi-tabling bonus whores), but their support is top notch and I'll keep playing there.
