Default JJ OOP

$.10/.25 6 handed homegame.

effective stacks $25ish. Villan has been playing pretty LAG, bluffing frequently (loves to stab at multiway pots with air/bottom pairs/etc), and will play suited junk, and sometimes just junk. Villan covers hero by $5ish.

Hero has been playing TAG, not much has come. Hero has $25.

Hero is in the SB with JJ.

Villan raises $2. Folded to Hero who calls. 2 to the flop.

($2.25)Flop: 4 2 10 r

My question here is obviously my flop play. Do I lead into villan? Do I c/c then lead the turn? Do I c/r?

Villan will c-bet 100% of the time. If I bet, I will be raised 75% of the time I think. If I c/r, villan will come over the top 50% of the time. These are all pretty good estimates of FE, etc.

I don't know if I want to be all in- my hand is good 95% of the time IMO.
