Thoughts on Different Options for PCA Sats

I'm going to start actively playing PCA sats this week but would love to hear some initial thoughts from people on the various formats that are available. I believe you can win a seat through a $175 Double Shootout, $33 Rebuy, and $650 freezeout (in addition to FPP options). How have these tournies been playing the last couple of weeks and is one more +EV than the others?
