Party player wants to get rakeback

I had an arrangement awhile ago, but the person claimed party stopped supporting his record-keeping. Now I'd like to get rakeback again -- can I do it at Party? Using my current name? Do I need to start a new account? If so, how can I fund it/do I need to change info?

I'm a low stakes (2-4/3/6) player and play about 1500 hands/week.
