5/10 Live Hand

I've played somewhat with villain before. He's pretty loose and makes very marginal calls pre flop with hands like KTo, J9, QT, AT and other garbage. He also slow plays a lot.
He probably views me as a LAG capable of opening with any two from MP.
I have $1800, villain $1500.

Were 8 handed, I open to $40 in mp with AKo. Villain calls MP+1.

Flop comes:

I bet $60, he raises to $200, I call.

Turn is 9
I check, he bets $300, I call.

River 3
I see him reach for some black chips, and I start thinking this is going to go check check, and were gonna split this pot. He might try to push me off with 44-77 but I'd hate to call a big bet with ace high, and he might lay down TT,JJ if I make a big bet.

So I bet $800, thoughts?
