Default Atempting to prove God\'s existence should be a sin.

This mainly goes for the ones who try to prove God exists. It should seriously be considered a sin in any faith based religion to do this. When a supreme God demands your worship based on faith alone why would you atempt to ratiopnalize it any other way?

Further more, when you get to whatever afterlife you believe in do you really think that your God willbe like "hey, you were 51% certain ofmy existence so you thought it would be +ev to believe in me, come on in!" ?

Personally if I was God Id say that the ones who found faith based on these deisscussions are no where near worthy for the afterlife. Id think that my word (as in the word of God) should be enough for followers to believe.

For this reason I think religions should ban attempts at proofs (besides the fact that they ALL suck)
