Default Radio Marketing of Online Gambling

1050 ESPN Radio in New York runs a lot of ads for an online sportsbook which will remain nameless. The commercials clearly promote how you can bet on sports and get quick cashouts, deposit bonuses and such. I was under the impression that you couldn't get away with being so bold about what you do on your site; thus the need for things like pokerstars.net.

These ads have been running for a few weeks now, so I'm guessing nobody is planning on trying to take these ads off the air. Similarly, ESPN is unlikely to take such ads if they think they could face trouble for airing them. Is there something about this situation that I'm missing?
