Default Useful advice to pass on to the ages

OOT is a repository of useful information, and I think a thread codifying some of this knowledge would be of benefit.

So here goes...

If you're arguing with someone, and it's starting to flag, but you're still full of rage and resentment, here's a good way of keeping it going.

When the other party says anything at all conciliatory (ie 'okay, maybe we're both to blame'), you say 'apology accepted' in a firm voice, and try to walk away.

This usually kicks it right back off again at original intensity, especially with a woman.

What would you want to pass on?
