Default Evaluating quality of threads

There has obviously been a lot of controversy regarding what consitutes a dumbass/lame/retarded/stupid/worthless/etc thread and what makes for a good thread. I would like to help out those who are wondering about this.

I have been going through some of the threads and providing an evaluation of the thread along with an explanation as to why it is evaluated as such.

I'm going to start posting the evaluations here. If there's a specific thread you would like an opinion on, please feel free to request it here.
