OT: SNG + MTT BR Spread thru many sites?

Here's a scenario for you:

You've got $1000 in your bankroll. You have a rakeback at a Party site. You want to play in some +-5K Guarantee MTTs and a few 5s and 10s on PokerStars, Full Tilt, Bodog, Primas, etc. You're comfortable at 11s and 22s SNGs, playing multitable up to 4.

How to do spread out your bankroll?
