1/2 6 max vs 2/4 full? (NC)

Granted i've been really lucky this week, (2 royals and a hot run of cards) but i've made a ton at the 1/2 6 max tables, and have my BR high enough for 2/4. My question is, should I stay at the 1/2 6 max untill I can move to the 3/6 6 max, or should I go to 2/4 full and then 3/6?
