Default Valuebet 3way vs LAG?

BB is LAG (35/23/1.9)
CO is loose-passive (66/7/0.6)

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
2 folds, CO calls, Hero raises, 1 fold, BB calls, CO calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets, BB calls, CO calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets, BB calls, CO calls.

River: (7.75 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero..

Plan?
BB seems tricky so I probably have to pay off if he CRes. A CR from CO would be an easy fold. If the LAG CRes and the LP calls, should I be more inclined to call because of the overlay or more inclined to fold because he now could have a Q too?
