problem w/ eurobet software

I recently set up a rakeback deal with a well known affiliate for Eurobet. They emailed me a login name/passcode etc. After downloading the software, I logged in, and it seemd to take, however, a number of the buttons in the lobby don't work for me, namely cashier, and account website....anything that would help me set up a real $ account, doesn't work. I've tried deleteing, and re-downloading a half dozen times, as well as emailed affiliate and Eurobet , who act like no ones ever had this problem......any idea what is going on, why I'm having this difficulty, or anything new to try I haven't thought of?
Also, I have accounts at 2 other party skins, never with any trouble. thanks.
