Default easy fold, right? (dumb PF question)

Sitting in a pretty good live 8-16 game. There are a couple players doing some serious PF lagging and it seems to be rubbing off on even the more passive players. I'm on the button with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

UTG raises. UTG is mostly unknown, but seems like a thinking player who's on the tight/passive side.

UTG+1 calls. This guy is a total loose passive fish. He's been playing virtually every hand PF for any number of bets and has been getting lucky enough to brake even.

UTG+2 3-bets. This guy is a good player, can be a tad overagressive PF.

Folded to me and I...

fold, right? even with the button, guarenteed 4-way flop, and a decent hand, there's no way I can cold-call 3 bets here or cap, right? Is it ever right to cold-call 3 bets?

sorry if this is a stupid question. In the past I would have folded this without a thought (to even the first raise) but I actually thought about calling this one (I would have 3-bet if the UTG+2 hadn't done it first).
