Default \"M\" Question and the 40% rule

My AQs push here is the best way to play this hand given a 7BB stack and an effective M of just over 2?

***** Hand History for Game 2822278435 *****

Table Table 13809 (Real Money)
Seat 5 is the button
Total number of players : 6
Seat 2: dano3333 ( $955 )
Seat 5: UVAWahoo ( $695 )
Seat 6: TANK2121 ( $3160 )
Seat 7: Shwills ( $660 )
Seat 9: baudry ( $700 )
Seat 10: pikard ( $1830 )
Trny:16313660 Level:4
Blinds(50/100)
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to baudry [ Qh Ah ]
>You have options at Table 14282 Table!.
>You have options at Table 14435 Table!.
baudry is all-In [700]
pikard folds.
dano3333 folds.
UVAWahoo folds.
>You have options at Table 13998 Table!.
TANK2121 folds.
Shwills folds.
baudry does not show cards.
baudry wins 850 chips

And then on this hand, given my effective M of <2, should I have pushed my J9?
