Can't believe I'm asking for girl advice on 2+2

Ok so there's this girl that is trying to date me. Unfortunately I don't like her. I do, however, want to get to be friends with her for various reasons. She will never come out and hang out as a group, she only wants to do cheesy 1 on 1 stuff with me, which I have so far avoided. Is there some way to accomplish this?
