I think it is much better to set goals than to set schedules. At the beginning of the month I decide what I want to accomplish (October is 1000 - $55 SNG's and 20K ring hands), then I use Excel to set up a graph and update it during the month.
As others have said - playing 9 to 5 is a quick way to be delivering pizzas.
