Ultimate Bet cash out problems

I am having problems getting my money from UB. I requested a $600 withdrawal 10 days ago and it has not even been processed yet. My deposit with them was by check and their policy is my withdrawal must be made the same way. I have e-mailed them at least six times and they tell me they are backed up or they are having banking problems with checks. My suggestion that I be allowed to use Citadel or some other method have been ignored. My last two e-mails have not been responded to. Anyone else having problems with UB? I used i-gmpay with PartyPoker and had excellent results. Are any other on-line casinos having problems?
