Gala to buy Coral Eurobet?

Forbes is reporting that Privately owned bingo and casino operator Gala is in talks to buy Coral Eurobet, the bookmakers chain that is preparing to float at the end of this year or in early 2006, according to newspaper reports.

Not sure what effect this potential acquisition would have on Eurobet's poker operations, or even if the quoted newspaper reports can be trusted, but I figured this might interest some people in here. Feel free to speculate.
