2/2 NL HE:Right to call, or did I lose significant value?

I have been adjusting my NL playing style of late to try and minimize losses when I suspect I am beat on a hand, Is this too conservative, neither player here is incredibly solid nor inept. I had thought that waves had a 2pr on flop Do you think I shoulda gone all in on the river.?
