SSHE Authors-sections?

I tried to search for this, but no luck. This may seem like an arbitrary question, but who wrote what sections. It looks like Mason or David wrote the Gambling sectons and Ed wrote the PF hand catagories. I can also see some sections that were obviously Ed.

I just wanted some insight into whether the different authors wrote thier sections independantly and then organized them together or is there multiple writers in one any section (or subject)?

I know this may seem like a pointless question, but I have just been wondering. This is an excellent book.
